Hi, I’m Michelle!

I’m an Indianapolis-based author and illustrator. My illustration portfolio ranges from picture book illustration to kids comics. I love to write and draw characters with heart who overcome internal conflicts.

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Herron School of Art and Design. In 2023, I studied comics through the Kids Comics Unite Intensive and placed fourth in the 2023 Kids Comics Unite Pitchfest. I’m currently a member of Kids Comics Studio.

When I’m not designing or illustrating, you’ll find me knitting, reading, or watering my plants.
